Cremation Services

As a pet owner, you want to honor the memory of a cherished pet. If your beloved companion has already passed, respectful cremation services can provide them with a dignified farewell.

When you contact us for pet cremation services, we will guide you through the available options, whether you prefer private cremation to keep your pet’s ashes close or a communal option with a peaceful resting place. With A Pet’s Farewell, your pet’s remains will be transported from your home to a trusted animal cremation service provider. We are here to answer any questions and provide care and compassion during this difficult time.

Cremation offers a meaningful way to honor your pet.

It allows you to decide how best to remember and celebrate the special bond you shared. Whether you choose to have their remains scattered at sea or keep them in a memorial urn, cremation provides flexibility for creating a tribute that feels right for you.

How you wish to commemorate your pet’s life is up to you.

We can discuss the options, but which type of cremation you choose and your reasons for choosing private or communal cremation is your decision.

Aftercare & Additional Information

Willed Body Donation For Aftercare

If you are interested, please inquire about W.A.V.E.—“Willed deceased Animals for Veterinary Education”—at Western University of Health Sciences Veterinary School in Pomona, CA. This program, similar to human body donation programs at medical schools, allows your pet to contribute to veterinary education and training.

After the study concludes (approximately two years), your pet’s remains will be cremated according to your wishes. For pets under 60 pounds, owners have the option to have their ashes returned at no cost. Additionally, owners may choose to receive a memorial fur clipping and/or ink paw print. Please note that clay paw prints are not available for donated pets.

If interested, please contact us to confirm if your pet meets eligibility requirements and to complete the necessary paperwork. To learn more about the W.A.V.E program, visit the Western University of Health Sciences website.
