A Pet’s Farewell Hospice Care | Home Animal Euthanasia Irvine CA
Dr. Feldman is especially committed to providing home hospice and palliative care for pets facing serious illness and chronic pain.
Palliative care is tailored to each individual pet with the goal of relieving suffering and providing the best possible quality of life for your beloved friend. Dogs and cats are susceptible to a range of diseases, and they respond differently to treatment options. A major benefit of palliative care is that the treatment can be modified to meet the individual needs of each patient. It may include one or a combination of treatments to best address your pet’s needs.
When providing hospice care, we will work closely with you to monitor your pet’s quality of life throughout the treatment. The doctor will discuss her observations with you to help you make a decision regarding your pet’s end of life. Rest assured that the final decision regarding euthanasia is always yours to make.
