We understand that planning a pet’s final arrangements is never easy. Our goal is to provide clear, transparent pricing for in-home euthanasia, deceased pet pickup, and cremation services so you can focus on what matters most — honoring your pet with dignity and love. Below, you’ll find detailed service options and memorial add-ons to help you make the decision that feels right for your family.

*Travel fees may be additional based on your location. Weekend, holiday, and after-hours fees may apply.

Service Area Information

Our standard service area includes most cities in Orange County and the Greater Long Beach area. Extended travel within these areas may incur an additional fee of $50–$100, depending on distance. Unfortunately, we do not provide services in Los Angeles County (except Greater Long Beach), San Bernardino County, or Riverside County.

Aggressive Pet Fee (at Dr. Feldman’s discretion): $100^.00

In-Home Pre-Euthanasia Consultations

Pre-Euthanasia & Quality of Life Consultations

We offer compassionate in-home consultations to help families evaluate quality of life and determine the most appropriate next steps for their pet.

Hospice / Palliative / Quality of Life Consultation $500^.00

Recheck Appointment $300^.00

Phone Consultation (up to 30 minutes) $175^.00

Medications, if prescribed, are additional.

In-Home Euthanasia Services

In-Home Euthanasia Only (No Cremation)

Pet parents always have the option to arrange their pet’s aftercare themselves. With this selection, A Pet’s Farewell can leave their pet’s body on their premises. Please note that if you wish to have your pet’s body transported by A Pet’s Farewell, a cremation (communal or private) option must be selected.

Pets 50-99 lbs $550^.00

Pets 100-149 lbs $650^.00

In-Home Euthanasia with Communal Cremation

Also referred to as “general” or “group” cremation. Communal Cremation means that your pet will be cremated along with other pets, and the cremated remains will not be returned to you. The remains will be scattered at sea off the local coast.

Includes Transportation Fee.

In-Home Euthanasia with Private Cremation

In Private Cremation, your pet is cremated in its own private chamber in the cremation unit. This is not a partitioned or separated cremation with other pets. One pet, one chamber. The cremation service provider has very stringent internal quality control procedures that are followed meticulously with each pet cremated. The Private Cremation selection also includes Transportation Fee and one (1) beautiful clay paw print of your pet.

Deceased Pet Pickup & Transportation

If your pet has passed at home, we provide compassionate pickup and transportation services.

Deceased Pet Transport Fee: $100

This fee covers travel within our standard service area and safe, respectful transportation of your pet.
*Extended travel fees may apply for locations outside of our standard service area.

Cremation services may be selected separately.

Cremation Services (No Euthanasia)

Transportation cost is not included in the pricing below.

Communal Cremation (No Euthanasia)

With communal cremation, your pet will be cremated alongside other pets, and the ashes will not be returned. This option provides a less costly but equally respectful way to say goodbye. The ashes will be scattered at sea, offering a serene resting place for your pet.

Private Cremation (No Euthanasia)

In a private cremation, your pet is cremated individually, ensuring that the ashes returned to you belong solely to your beloved companion. Each pet has their own separate cremation chamber with quality control procedures to make sure you are receiving only your pet’s ashes. As part of this service, we also include one(1) keepsake clay paw print to preserve a tangible memory of your pet.
